IMPORTANT TOPICS FOR NMAT 2017

Narsee Monjee happens to be one of the most coveted B schools in India for mba. It is currently ranked sixteenth in the overall B School Ranking. NMIMS conducts its own exam i.e. Narsee Monjee Aptitude Test. We bring to you important topics for NMAT 2017 in this article, to help you focus on right set of topics. There will be a total of 120 questions (each question carries three marks) and will be distributed into 3 sections. These questions will be testing the candidate’s command over the English language, quantitative and reasoning skills.

Quantitative Aptitude – Number of questions 48, Time 60 min
Verbal Ability – Number of questions 32, Time 22 min
Logical Reasoning – Number of questions 40, Time 38 min

During the NMAT, select your strongest area first, and then proceed to the ones you are progressively less comfortable with. A good beginning makes the task easier by boosting your self-confidence.
A difficult question need not bother you; just skip it and move on. Many times, the easy ones lie in the end, making it difficult to find them. The ideas of selection and skimming questions are quite important here. Thus, optimum time management is the key here.
